AIIMS NORCET Result 2021: Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET) is a national level recruitment exam conducted every year by AIIMS for the recruitment of Nursing Officers in AIIMS and other Government hospitals. NORCET 2021 was conducted on 20th November at all the test centers. AIIMS NORCET Result 2021 is likely to be published soon. Those who have taken the test should wait for the official announcement from AIIMS related to the result. On the basis of the result and further recruitment procedure, a total of 678 vacant posts of Nursing Officers will be filled at various hospitals.



AIIMS NORCET Result 2021 is Here

NORCET results will be prepared on the basis of the performance and marks of the candidates in the CBT exam. The result will be released only in online mode. No hard copy of the result will be dispatched by the recruiting authority as it will be uploaded only on the official website of AIIMS exams on the date specified. The result is generally uploaded as a selection list indicating the roll numbers and ranks of the selected candidates. Examinees can therefore download the result sheet with ease without entering any login detail. Those who will meet the cut-off marks criteria in their respective category will be listed in the rank list and will be shortlisted for document verification.


Resolution of Tie

In case two or more candidates secure equal marks then the tie is resolved by following the given tie-breaking rule in the same order as mentioned here-

  • Using the date of birth of the candidates- older candidates will be given preference and ranked higher.
  • If tie still not resolved then it will be resolved by calculating the number of wrong answers/ negative marks of the candidates. It means the candidates with a smaller number of wrong answers will be placed in higher rank.

Candidates waiting for the publication of the NORCET 2021 result can get it online only from the AIIMS NORCET portal. The result link will be updated there and candidates have to download using the following method-

  • Go through the official website of AIIMS NORCET 2021.
  • Click on NORCET 2021 result link.
  • The result pdf will open.
  • Find your name and rank in the list by scrolling down the page. You can search your roll number by pressing ctrl+f key and typing your roll number in the search box.
  • Download the result pdf for your record.
