AIIMS NORCET 2021 RESULTS DELAYED- NEW HEARING ON 10th DEC in "Supreme Court"

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon’ble
Court on 29.11.2021 with an office report dated
26112021, when the Hon’ble Court was pleased to pass the
following Order:
“Issue notice.
Learned counsel for All India Institute
of Medical Sciences on Caveat accepts notice.
List the matter along with SLP (C)
No.5736/2021 on 06.12.2021.”
It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid orders, show
cause notice was issued to the sole respondent and also through
Ms. Harsh Lata, Advocate through email dated 1122021.
It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner
has on 4122021 filed proof of service after serving the copy
of petition on Ms. Harsh Lata, Advocate however, no one has
entered appearance on behalf of said respondent so far.
Service of notice is complete through EMail.
The matter along with application abovementioned is
listed before the Hon’ble Court with this office report.
