It is made with the dried leaves of Aspalathus Linearis plant in South Africa and it's also known as Red bush tea or African red tea. There are two kinds of rooibos tea, one is rooibos and the other is green rooibos. The process of making Rooibos tea may vary its colour like it can be red (because of fully oxidized) or green (because of less oxidized) or brownish.
