The study evaluated 15 subjects and found that when aloe Vera gel was administered orally, the severity of various gum disease was reduced. This does not necessarily mean that you have to open leaves and apply the gel all over your gums. There are different aloe Vera products available such as toothpaste, mouthwash, and juice.

3.Eucalyptus

Whole Health cites eucalyptus as an excellent anti-inflammatory substance to fight gum disease. This could be due to its germ-fighting abilities; it kills the bacteria that live in your mouth when the gum recession occurs.



We recommend mixing the following two ingredients to create a mouthwash, to fight gum recession:

2 teaspoons of eucalyptus oil
1 cup of hot water

4.Vitamin C
